摘要
本文介绍了在热区两个雷达站进行的操纵员维生素A(V_A)供给量和补给方法的研究。经长达1年,复经连续三期,分别为90天(秋、冬)、100天(冬、春)和60天(春、夏)的重复实验观察,V_A供给量每天平均应达13000Iμ(3900μg RE)才能使操纵员血清V_A含量保持在1.60μmol/L以上的良好状态。膳食中全年V_A供给量每天人均为2805Iμ(842μgRE),因而操纵员每天需额外增补V_A10000Iμ。但每天补给1颗鱼肝油丸(含V_A10000Iμ)不易执行;而全年补给量一次发给个人,由操纵员每天自行服用更难控制,丢失、霉损极大。如由卫生人员掌握,每月一次给服30颗鱼肝油九(共300000Iμ),能防止上述弊端,较好地发挥V_A的补充效用,该剂量长期补给对机体维生素E、D(V_E、V_D)营养和其它方面不会产生不良影响。
Studies on the vitamin A consumption and supplementary methods for radar operators were conducted at two radar stations in hot area. After repeated observation for on year and three stages which lasted for four seasons altogether from autumn-winter (stage 1,90 days) through winter-spring (stage 2,100 days) and spring-summer (stage 3,60 days), preliminary results showed that vitamin A consumption for radar operators should be no less than 13000 Iμ/day. According to this survey, the average vitamin A intake from food in one year for every radarman is 2,805 Iμ/day, so the average extra-supplement of vitamin A should be 10000 Iμ/day. It is difficult to have the cod-liver-oil capsule (contains vitamin A 10000 Iμ and vitamin D_2 1000 Iμ per capsule) be taken every day by the radar operator himself, because a lot of cod-liver-oil capsules would be lost or destructed. But if the capsules are given by paramedicus ones a month (30 capsules), the above defects will be prevented. Persistent intake of the supplemental dosage of cod-liver-oil capsules showed no effects on the nutritional state of vitamin E and D……,etc.
