民办高等教育发展的现状分析及对策——以西安地区为例

The analysis of developing privately-owned higher education and counter-measure——example by Xi'an

从西安地区民办高等教育资源存量来看 ,其存在着生源不足、发展散乱、师生比过高、兼职教师比例过高等问题 ;尤其与公办大学相比 ,明显存在规模较小和教育效益低下的问题 ,从根本上解决这些问题 ,应加快民办高等教育的立法速度 ,建立民办高校的认可制度 。

This paper analyses total resource stocks of Xi'an privately-owned higher education and finds that it students source was not enough and quantity ratio of students to teachers was too high and quantity of the part-time teachers was great,etc.Compared with public-owned University,Some shortcomings including small scale and low-grade efficiency of education exist in privately-owned university.At last,this paper present the counter-measure which builds quickly legislative speed of privately-owned higher education and builds certification evaluation system.
