加压呼吸与对抗动作联合抗荷效果的研究

摘要 本文介绍了研究胸部有代偿加压呼吸(APPB)与L-1对抗动作的生理效应及二者联合应用的可能性与抗荷效果。根据实验中不同余压值APPB的心血管效应及被试者主观反应进行综合判定,我们认为,以APPB_(5.98)用于提高+Gz耐力较为合适。APPB_(5.98)的血压、心率、心输出量及预测G耐力均明显低于L-1动作(p<0.05),但比L-1动作省力和易于掌握。APPB_(5.98)与L-1动作的联合应用不仅是可能的,也是非常有效的。不论是否同时使用抗荷服,APPB_(5.98)+L-1动作的血压及预测G耐力均明显高于APPB_(5.98)及L-1动作单项措施,而且其疲劳程度与单纯使用L-1动作相比无明显差别。离心机试验结果表明,APPB_(5.98)+L-1动作+抗荷服(AGS)综合措施的抗荷效果为3.95G。飞行员实验结果表现出相同的趋势。 In order to provide some physiologic experimental evidence for the new anti—G system in the future high—performance fighting aircraft, this paper dealt with the evaluation of APPB and L—1 maneuver on G tolerance, and the possibility and anti—G effect of APPB combined with Anti—G Suit (AGS) and L—1 maneuver. Eleven healthy young men and 35 pilots served as subjects in experiments. The results showed that:(1). APPB_(5.98) was more suitable in increasing pilots+Gz tolerance, as compared with APPB_(1.99), APPB_(3.99) and APPB_(7.99). The increase of +Gz tolerance by APPB_(5.98) and by APPB_(5.98)+ AGS was 1.75 G and 3.25 G, respectively. (2). BP was lower and CO was less in APPB_(5.98) as compared with those in L—1 maneuver (p<0.05), however, the APPB_(5.98) was less fatiguing and easier to master. (3). The combination of APPB_(5.98) with L—1 maneuver was not only possible but also very effective. APPB_(5.98)+L—1 maneuver increased BP to a level higher than either APPB_(5.98) or L—1 maneuver used alone (p<0.05). APPB_(5.98)+L—1 maneuver +AGS increased +Gz tolerance by 3.95G.
