中国日用化学品领域缺乏大企业 ,创新能力和市场推广的不足是重要原因。通过对业界现状的分析 ,提出从属性定位、原料创新、产品线组合、资本经营、品牌经营、坚强有力的管理等方面进行创新和营销。
China has few giant in the industry of daily-use chemical. The reason lies in the fact that innovation and promotion are far from enough.The author,who is working in the industry,suggest that more consideration should be put into position,new compositions,product line,merge and acquisition,brand image,stronger sales management.
