摘要
LG化学生产悬浮法聚氯乙烯采用 70 m3细长型聚合釜 ,生产强度可达 3 0 0 t/ (m3· a)以上 ;采用三叶后掠式和底伸式的搅拌装置 ,转速为 60~ 1 4 0 r/ min,无级可调 ,搅拌电机功率额定为 1 50 k W,双机械密封 ;使用气柜回收未反应单体 ,用节能型带内热管的多室卧式流化床干燥器 (以热风和热水为干燥热源 ) ;全过程采用集散控制系统 (DCS)控制、监测和生产调度管理 ;韩国 LG化学技术综合能耗稍次于美国 EVC技术 ,优于国内传统技术 。
In the production of SPVC in LG Chem.Co.,the following measures are adopted:(1)the polymerizer is 70 m 3 with long and thin shape and capacity more than 300 t/(m 3·a);(2)bottom entering backswept agitator with three blades and double mechanical seal is used,its rotation rate is 60~140 rpm and can be adjusted continuously,the power of its motor is 150 kW;(3)the residual unreacted VCM is recovered to gas holder tank;(4)energy-saving horizontal multicompartment fluidized bed dryer with internal heating pipe is used,using hot air or hot water as heat medium;and (5)the whloe production process is controlled,monitored and managed by data control system.The comprehensive energy consumption in the production of SPVC by using the process of LG Chem.Co.is a little higher than that of by using the process of American EVC Co.,but lower than that of domestic traditional SPVC production process.The production process of LG Chem.Co.is on the lead level of worldwide SPVC production process.
