摘要
介绍了 A-2 1 PVC糊树脂的生产工艺特点 :(1 )单体、纯水经预热再与助剂混合后进入聚合釜 ;(2 )采用管道混合器进行混合 ;(3 )采用二段加压式均化器 (MS4 5-2 TPS型 ) ;(4 )直接加入占总加入量2 4 %的单体 ;(5)采用微机程序化控制连续加料 ;(6)采用后升温工艺 ;(7)采用釜顶回流冷凝器。并总结了生产中存在的问题。
Characteristics of A-21 PVC paste resin production process are introduced ,which involve the following aspects:(1)preheated VCM and water are mixed with additives first,and then the mixture is put into the polymerizer;(2)the mixing operation is performed in pipeline mixer;(3)two-stage pressure homogenizer MS45-2TPS is adopted;(4)24% of the total amount of needed VCM is added to polymerizer directly;(5)raw materials are supplied continuously under the control of computer;(6)after-heating process is used;and (7)there is a reflux condenser at the top of polymerizer.Problems existing in production and improving measures as well as their results are summarized.
