摘要 研究了 PVC/Elvaloy74 1 /MBS及 PVC/Elvaloy74 1 /MBS/Ca CO3共混填充新体系 ,并对其物理机械性能的测试结果进行了讨论。结果表明 :当 PVC为 1 0 0份、Elvaloy74 1为 6份、MBS用量为 2 5.5份时 ,体系冲击强度达到 4 6.3 k J/m2 ,且综合性能良好 ;该三元共混体系在填充大量 Ca CO3(1 0 0份 )时 ,仍能保持较高的缺口冲击强度 (1 7k J/m2 ) 。 A new blending and filling system of PVC/Elvaloy741/MBS as well as PVC/Elvaloy741/MBS/CaCO 3 was introduced in this paper.The physical and mechanical properties of the above system were also studied.The system comprising PVC 100,Elvaloy741 6 and MBS 25.5 parts showed impact strength 46.3 kJ/m 2 and good over-all property.This ternary blends could maintain high notch impact strength (about 17 kJ/m 2) when large amount of CaCO 3 (about 100 parts) was added,which showed that the filling property was good.
