压延存料对PVC透明片材质量影响的探讨

Introduction to the influence of holding material in calendering process on the quality of transparent PVC sheet

根据 G.Ardichuili的压延理论 ,分析了聚氯乙烯压延加工过程中物料的流变行为 ,指出存料是影响压延透明片材的厚度均匀性、外观质量的重要因素之一。根据产品的厚度、柔软度 。

On the basis of calender theory of G.Ardichuili,the rheological behavior of PVC used as calender processing material is analyzed.It is indicated that the holding material is one of the key factors influencing the thickness homogeneity and appearance quality of transparent PVC calender sheet.Correctly controlling the amout of holding material remaining between rolls according to the desired thickness and flexibility of product is one of the important measures to increase the quality of transparent PVC calender sheet.
