摘要
研究了 310不锈钢在气氛总压为 10 -5 Pa ,于 2 .3%SO2 S2 8.8%N2 气氛中 6 0 0℃下的高温硫腐蚀行为。利用金相、能谱及X射线衍射等分析手段对其腐蚀形貌、成分及结构进行了分析。结果表明 :310不锈钢于 70 0℃ ,10 0 0 0h时效在其晶界大量析出σ相 ,造成晶界附近贫Cr,从而降低了晶界抗硫腐蚀性能 ,使高温时效处理后的 310不锈钢抗硫腐蚀能力明显降低 ;未时效处理的 310不锈钢以均匀腐蚀为主 ,时效处理后的则以晶界腐蚀为主 ,并伴随有均匀腐蚀。
The high temperature sulphur corrosion behavior of 310 stainless steel was studied in the 2.3% SO 2 S 2 8.8% N 2 atmosphere at 600 ℃ . The morphology,composition and structure were analyzed with EDAX,XRD and metallographic means.It showed that the large amount of σ phase precipitated at grain boundaries after 700 ℃ ,10 000 h ageing,depleting the Cr content in the zone just adjacent to the boundaries.The sulphur corrosion resistance of 310 stainless steel was obviously reduced after high temperature ageing.The unaged 310 stainless steel was with homogeneous corrosion,but the aged was with the boundaries corrosion and homogeneous corrosion.
