摘要
研究了两种模具、七种成型工艺参数与高密度聚乙烯平板翘曲变形之间的关系。归纳实验现象 ,总结各种因素对翘曲变形的影响规律 ,并探讨翘曲变形成型机理。结果发现 :结晶型HDPE平板非常容易发生翘曲变形 ;模具浇口的形状、大小和位置对HDPE平板翘曲变形的影响非常大 ;浇口和塑料类型不同 ,各个工艺参数对翘曲变形的影响程度也不同。
s Experimental relations between 2 kinds of gate and 7 kinds of processing parameters and the warpage of HDPE plate were described.Based on the experimental phenomena,the effects of various processing parameters on the warpage were summarized,and the mechanism of warpage was also discussed.The results showed crystal HDPE plate was easy to warp;the shape,size and location of the gate had great effects on the warpage of the plate;the effect of each processing parameter on warpage changed with the change of gate and plastics type.
