一种聚酰亚胺复合材料制件的剖析

Identification on a Polyimide Composite Part

用发射光谱ES、广角X射线衍射WAXD、红外光谱IR、核磁共振NMR和质谱MS等分析方法对某一种聚酰亚胺复合材料制件的结构进行了剖析。结果该制件为碳布增强的聚酰亚胺复合材料 ,该聚酰亚胺是由 2 ,2 [( 3 ,3’ ,4,4’ -四羧基 )二苯基 ]三氟丙烷二酐 6FDA和对苯二胺PPD聚合而成。氟元素定量分析结果 ,碳布含量为 3 4 %。

s ES,WAXD,IR,NMR and MS were used to analyze the structure of some polyimide composite part.Results showed that the part was made from carboncloth reiforced polyimide composite material that were polymerized by 6FDA and PPD.According to the quantitative analysis on F element,carbon cloth content was 34%.
