The phase structure analysis on CPVC/CR-MMA graft modificated adhesives

用扫描电子显微镜 (SEM)观察了CR MMA和CR CPVC MMA接枝共聚物的微观结构 ,并从物质相容理论观点讨论了胶粘剂的性能与结构之间的关系 ,结果发现 ,被高氯含量的CPVC改性后的胶粘剂具有较均匀的相分布 ,与PVC人造革的相容性也较好 ,这是CR -CPVC

In this paper, the micro structures of CR/MMA, CR/CPVC/MMA were observed by SEM and the relation of phase structure and property of adhesive was discussed from the aspect of compatibility theory. It was found that modified by high chloride content CPVC, the adhesive had more even phase distribution and better compatibility with PVC material. This is main reason of CR CPVC MMA graft copolymer showing better adhesion property for PVC leather.
