摘要
脉冲输送技术在聚酯工业中早已被推广应用,尤其是输送距离在２００ｍ内输送效果特别明显,如低速、密相、低耗能及物料不易破碎等。但输送距离在３００ｍ左右的装置,国内还不多见。本文就国产气刀式长距离脉冲输送技术在聚酯生产上的应用情况,从装置概况、输送参数及运行实际作一简要介绍。并提出随着技术的发展和元器件质量的提高,国产设备完全可以代替进口。
From general conditions of equipment, conveyance paraments and operation fact, the application of long distance (about 300m) domestic pneumatic pulse conveyance technology in polyester production is introduced. With the development of technology and improvement of delment quality,the domestic equipment can replace import one.
