化工离心泵采用变频调速技术的效果

摘要 化工过程中液体流量通常是通过离心泵出口阀的开度来调节的 ,能耗大。介绍交流电动机采用变频调速器的原理和优点 ,正确选择变频调速器容量的方法和接线要点 ,指出在交流电动机上安装变频调速器 ,以调节离心泵的转速来调节液体流量 ,节能效果显著 ,易实现自动控制 ,对电网容量的要求低 。 Flow of liquid in chemical processes is usually controlled by the opening degree of the discharge valve on the centrifugal pump.The author describes the principle and advantages for application of variable frequency reducer in a.c. motors,correct methods for selection of the capacity of reducers,and key points for wiring,points out that with variable frequency reducers installed on the a.c.motors to control liquid flow by controlling the rotation speed of centrifugal pumps,the energy saving effects are remarkable,automatic control is easy to realize,and the requirement for the capacity of the power grid is low,so the variable frequency reducers are sure to be widely applied.
