摘要
详细介绍从德国引进的OHLMANN气流磨的工作原理、机电配置、检测和过程控制的情况。该机的生产能力大 (≥ 2 0 0kg/h) ,成品粒度可达到 10 μm(ω >97% )和 5 μm(ω =93%～ 94% )。虽然该机也存在一些不足之处 ,但从对其多年的使用实践来看 ,仍不失为一工艺简洁实用、设计先进合理的超细粉碎设备 。
The operation principle,collocation of mechanism and electrical,detection device and process control of Germany OHLMANN airflow mill has been detailedly introduced.The mill has the advantage high production capacity(more than 200?kg/h),whose product granularity can reach 10?μ[JX-9]m( ω >97%)and 5?μ[JX-9]m( ω =93%～94%)。From many year practices although there are some defaults,the mill is a ideal ultra fine powder crushing equipment which has the advantages of simple process,practicality,advanced and reasonable design and is deserved to be used for reference by designer.
