摘要
密相气力输送设计目前尚无比较准确的计算式 ,很大程度上还依赖输送实验的研究。通过对生产洗衣粉用的三种主要原料———芒硝、五钠和纯碱的中试研究 ,介绍了实验装置、实验情况和取得的结果 。
The design of pneumatic conveying in dense phase,whose calculation is no accurate formula till now,is in the quite extent depended on experiment.Through the research of pilot plant of Glauber’s salt,sodium triployphosphate soda of the three main raw materials of the detergent,the pilot plant,experiment situation and its result have been introduced.The calculation formula and matrix for the main parameters of these three bulk materials have been submitted.
