摘要
研究了以钛白副产硫酸亚铁和氯化钾为原料,采用两步转化法制取硫酸钾,通过正交实验得到了最佳工艺条件。该工艺流程简短、操作控制方便,产品质量符合国标ZBG21006—89一等品要求。
The technological process of producing potassium sulfate by two - step conversion method using ferrous sulfate (a by - product of titanium white) and potassium chloride was introdnced. It gives optimum technological conditions through orthogonal experiment. This technological process is brief and convenient being controled the quality of product which be made by this method accord with the national standard ZBG21006- 89.
