合成气在间二甲苯中的溶解度 被引量:1

摘要 利用 1L的高压搅拌釜 ,采用气体间歇吸收技术 ,在温度为 35 3~ 433K、气体压力为 0 .5 5 .0MPa、转速为 80 0r min的实验条件下 ,测定了合成气 (CO和H2 )在间二甲苯中的溶解度 ,并与H2 和CO分别在间二甲苯中的溶解度进行比较。发现合成气中各组分的K(y x)值 (K为组分在气相和液相中的摩尔分率比 ) ,在一定压力和温度下不变 ,由此可推知不同组成下的溶解度。同时也可知 ,在相同的温度和压力下 ,H2比CO有较高的K值 。 Solubility of synthesis gases (CO and H2) in m-xylene has been experimentally determined at 353K - 433K and 0.5 - 5. OMPa in a 1 liter mechanically agitated autoclave. In the range of operating conditions investigated, the solubility values for H2 and CO in synthesis gases in m-xylene increased with pressure and temperature. The K values appear to be independent of gas composition within the experimental uncertainty at similar temperature and pressure.
