摘要
以水为介质在氧化 还原体系中合成了顺丁烯二酸酐改性的丙烯酸共聚物钠盐 ,考察了反应温度、反应时间、引发剂用量、单体配比、加料方式等工艺条件对聚合物特性粘度的影响。优化工艺条件为 :丙烯酸∶顺丁烯二酸酐 (摩尔比 ) =3∶1,引发剂占单体量 5 % ;还原剂占单体量 6 % ;反应温度 80~ 85℃ ;时间 3h。在此条件下得到的产品粘度低 ,水溶性好 ,螯合能力强。
The sodium salt of cis butenedioicanhydride acrylic acid copolymer is synthesized with redox system in the water.The effect of reaction temperature,reaction time,monomer ratio,the amount of initiator,the feeding way of reductor etc.on the viscosity properties of product is studied.The most suitable conditions for the reaction are as follows:the molar ratio of acrylic acid and cis butenedioicanhydride is 3∶1,the amount of initiator is 5% mon omer,the amount of reductant is 6% monomer,the reaction temperature is 80~85℃ and the reaction time is 3 hours.Under these conditions,the product has low viscosity,good water solubility and excellent chelate ability.
