蔗糖油酸酯合成工艺的研究

Study on the Synthesis of Sucrose-oleate

研究了蔗糖油酸酯的合成工艺 ,以油酸胺为催化剂 ,蔗糖与油酸之比为 1∶1.3 ,在温度135～ 145℃ ,氮气氛围下 ,加热 4h合成蔗糖酯 ,该产品经精制后 ,单酯含量可以达到 45 % ,是目前制备柴油乳化剂的可取工艺 ,具有操作简单 ,收率较高等优点。

By using C 17 H 33 COONH 4 as catalyst,sucrose oleate is synthesized at the following conditions∶1∶1.3 the ratio between sucrose and oleic acid,135～145 ℃ the temperature,vacum threatment by vater and 4 hours the heating time.The content of sucrose-oleate can reach 45 %.
