Strengthen Total Equipment Management and Maintenance to Gain Optimum Profit from Equipment Investment

设备是生产过程的主体要素 ,针对制药生产的系统性、连续性、强腐蚀性及产品对设备高度的依赖性等特点 ,如何提高设备的综合效率 ,以较少的投入获取最佳的设备效益 ,已引起各制药企业的重视。近年来 ,我VC公司的具体做法是“建立全员设备维修机制 ,强化设备管理” ,收到了较好的效果。全员设备维修的特点是以提高设备的全效率为目标 ,建立以设备一生为对象的设备维修系统 ,实行全员参加。

Equipment is a primary element in process of production. As well known, pharmaceutical production has such characteristic as: systematic, contuous, strong corrosive, products' highly dependence on equipment. So, more and more pharmaceutical factories think highly of how to promote equipment's overall efficiency to gain more profit from less investment. In recent years, our VC Company has taken actions named as “establish the system of total equipment maintenance and strengthen equipment management” and achieved good results. The total equipment maintenance is that a maintenance system for equipment throughout its life is established in order to promote equipment's overall efficiency and the whole staffs take part in theis action.
