介绍了我厂常压炉、减压炉改造的原因及改造后的情况。经过技术改造解决了过去原油处理量不够 ,热效率低 ,易结焦 ,火焰长 ,燃烧不完全等问题。改造后的两炉操作稳定 ,燃烧完全 ,冒黑烟现象没有了 ,降低了空气污染 ,提高了经济效益。

The situation of the reform and the cause of atmospheric heater and vacuum heater reformed were introduced.This reform solved some problems,such as insufficient handle capacity,low calorific efficiency,strongcaking caking capacity,long flame,inadequate burning,etc.after reform,two heater are operated steadily,the burning is complete,the phenomena of the black smoke disapper.at the same time,this reform reduced the pollution of air and raised the economic benefit.
