摘要
本文阐述了采用高效液相色谱法测定化妆品中熊果苷含量的方法。样品用水溶解经氯仿萃取 ,在ODS -C18反相柱中 ,以醋酸缓冲溶液 (pH5 0 )—甲醇 ( 95∶5 ,V/V)为流动相 ,在 2 80nm波长下测定。本方法回收率为 10 1 2 % ,变异系数为2 33% ,检出限为 0 1μg/ml。
A method for the determination quantity of arbutin in cosmetics by high performance liquid chromatography is presented. The arbutin was separated in a ODS-C18 reversed-case column by using acetic acid buffer solution(PH5.0)—CH 3OH(95∶5,V/V) as mobile phase. The detection was performed with UV detector at 280nm. In this method, the rate of retrieve is 101.2%, variation coefficient is 2.33%, check up limit is 0.1μg/ml.
