摘要
对 30 8位湛江青少年学生进行成就动机测查 ,表明该地青少年学生总体上以个我取向成就动机为主 ,成就动机取向的城乡差异并不明显 .在影响成就动机取向的因素中 ,城乡生活经验、性别、家长文化程度的主效应不明显 .
A test on achievement motivation to 308 students in Zhanjiang (located in west Guangdong) was carried out. The research showed that there are mainly individual-orientation for achivement motivation in young students, and there are no significant differences for achievement motivation between the young students from town and countryside. Among the factors which affect the achievement motivation of young students, the living experiments, sex and the parents' education level are no in evidence, but the grade and education level of the young students themselves have marked effect on social-orientation of achievement motivation.
