摘要
采用高灵敏度单光子计数系统观测研究了新旧水稻种子 ,含Xa4、Xa5、Xa10抗性基因 (抗白叶枯病基因 )品种IRBB4、IRBB5、IRBB10及其轮回亲本IR2 4在吸胀最早期 ( 0 - 1h)的超微弱发光(UBE)差异 .结果发现 :新旧水稻种子的在吸胀初期超微弱发光特性存在明显差异 .新种子在吸水后UBE强度有先急剧上升然后又逐渐衰减的变化趋势 ,而旧种子加水后则没有明显的先上升后下降的变化 .含不同抗性基因的近等基因系的新水稻种子的超微弱发光峰值及衰减趋势不同 .观测种子吸胀初期的超微弱发光差异可望作为一种鉴定种子新。
The characters of ultra-weak biophoton emission (UBE) from rice seeds during the initial imbibition period (0-1 hour) were observed with high sensitive single-photon-counting equipment.The results showed that there were a rapid increase and then gradual attenuation tendency of UBE on new rice seeds. There were also differences in rise rate, peak value and attenuation tendency among new seeds of near-isogenic lines with different resistant gene. It indicated that such characters of UBE might be quantitative indexes to identify new, aged rice seeds and rice seeds with different resistant gene.
