聚氨酯-环氧树脂堵水剂的研究与应用 被引量:5

摘要 研究开发一种新型双液复合型聚合物油井堵水剂 .它兼有聚氨酯胶和环氧树脂胶的优点 .考察该堵水剂的性能 ,并进行模拟试验 .结果表明 ,堵水剂的甲、乙组分混合后 ,反应速度快 (数秒即反应并初凝 ) ,转向性能好 ,承压强度高 (反向承压 >1 0 MPa) ,封堵浅 (封堵半径 0 .2 m) ,封堵效率高 (每米厚度平均堵水剂用量 30 kg) ,易解堵 .适用于单层堵水、封窜、压裂层段堵水、薄隔层封堵、 5m以上厚油层封堵等 .已经完成了 5口井现场试验 ,封堵有效率达 1 0 0 % ,施工成功率 1 0 0 % ,共增油 1 4340 t,降水 62 730 m3. We developed and researched a new water shutoff agent for oil wells, which is called a composite type of double-solution polymers. It has the merits of both polyurethane adhesive and epoxy resin adhesive. The properties of the water shutoff agent were studied and the results of the simulating experiments show that after mixing components A and B, it shows the characters of fast reaction(within several seconds and initially solidified), nicely changing direction, high-bearing strength (backward bearing> 10 Mpa ), shallow plugging (plugging radius 0.2 m ), easy deplugging and efficient plugging (the average amount of using plugging agent is 30 kg per thickness). The plugging agent is suitable for single stratum-water shutoff , plugging blow-by, pressure broke strate-water shutoff, shallow plugging, oil thickness(>5 m) plugging etc. The field test of 5 wells has been finished, plugging effectiveness is 100%, success-percent of construction is 100%, increasing oil amounts to 14 340 t, reducing water amounts to 62 730 m 3.
