摘要
本文所述ZZ—89型γ射线煤炭灰分在线测量装置采用^(241)Am(60keV)和^(137)Cs(662keV)两种能量γ射线透射方案,能自动修正传送带上煤的厚度变化影响。不改变传送带运行情况,真正实现了在线测量。对固定对象的灰分测量值的均方差为0.24%wt。在采用重介浮选工艺的平顶山田庄选煤厂具体条件下,测得的灰分值与常规的化学灼烧测灰法所得结果之间差值的均方差小于0.5%wt。
The paper describes the Model ZZ-89 equipment} which is designed for on-line determination of ash content of coal.The equipment uses the method of bi-energy j-rays transmission(241Am 60 keV, 137Cs 662keV), it can automatically compensate the effect of coal thickness variation oq. the belt without disturbing the operation of the belt.
A mean rms error of 0.24?&wt is obtained for invariable sample. In Pingdingshan Tianzhuang Coal Separation Plant which uses heavy-medium and floatation technology, the rms error is less than 0.50%wt for direct on-line measurement.
