In connection with the development of the project of national ninth five year plan, 'computer aided facial reconstruction of skull' research is a typical subject in fields of computer vision, pattern recognization and visualization reconstruction. The often used method of three dimensional reconstruction is discussed, but each method has the limitation, so a unify way is proposed to solve the issue, simulated annealing algorithm is applied to the process of 3D reconstruction. This method is proved efficient, and it has some enlighten effect on solving other similar question.
