摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离纯化兔中性粒细胞防御素,兔中性粒细胞防御素NP2具有抗白念珠菌M1012R,NIH A-207,乳酒念珠菌,热带念珠菌和高里氏念珠菌等菌的活性,且抗菌活性随防御素浓度的升高而增强.
To investigate the role and mechanism of neutrophil defensins against some Candida spp. Neutrophil defensins were purified by polyacrylam ide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE), and neutrophil defensin NP2 were tested for i ts antifungal activity against Candida albican M1012R, NIH A-207, Candida kefyr , Candida tropicalis and Candida guilliermondii. NP2 was successfully isolated an d purified by AU-PAGE, and demonstrated concentration-dependent killing of C andid albican M1012R, NIH A-207, Candida kefyr, Candida tropicalis and Candida guilliermondii in vitro. Acid urea polyacrylamide gel electrophores is is simple an d convient in isolating and purifying protein and polypeptides, neutrophil defen sin NP2 exerted potent antifungal activity against Candida spp.
