浅论数学建模在数学教育改革中的作用

On the Function of Math Modelling in the Reform of Math Teaching

本文结合个人实践 ,分析了传统数学教育模式的弊端 ,并从三个方面探讨了数学建模教学、竞赛活动对于提高学生整体素质的作用 一是在提高学生学习兴趣、激发学习主动性和提高获取知识的能力方面 ;二是在培养学生勇于克服困难的顽强毅力、扎扎实实的工作精神和良好的协作能力方面 ;三是在培养学生应用知识的能力、实践能力和创新能力方面 .

According to personal teaching practice,the author analyses the disadvantages of the traditional pattern of math teaching;and probes into the good effect of math modelling teaching and competitive activities on the improving of the students’ overall quality.It is stated that math modelling teaching and competitive activities have three advantages:one is in increasing the students’ interest in study,in stimulating their initiative,and enchancing their ability to obtain knowledge;the second is in developing their strong will to overcome difficulties,in fostering their down to earth working manner,and cooperative ability;the third is in cultivating their creative ability and the ability of appling knowledge to practice.In the author’s opinion,math modelling teaching and competitive activities can have a strong influence on the promoting of the reform in math teaching in higher educational institutions in China.
