摘要
研究了高纬度地区冬季节能日光温室内不同CO2 浓度对西葫芦生理代谢的影响。结果表明 ,在提高CO2 浓度条件下 ,植株体内蔗糖、淀粉含量有不同程度的增加。 2 0 0 0 μL/L处理的净光合速率比对照提高了 6 2 .2 2 % ,增长最为显著 ,10 0 0 μL/L的净光合速率比对照提高 5 4.12 % ,3 0 0 0 μL/L的净光合速率增长最小 ,为对照的 38.2 1%。CO2 浓度升高后 ,还可解除西葫芦的光合午体现象。此外 ,在 2 0 0 0 μL/LCO2 浓度下生长的西葫芦 ,其叶片的POD酶谱带比其它浓度下多一条 ,其POD酶的活性在 10 0 0 μL/L、2 0 0 0 μL/L、3 0 0 0 μL/LCO2 浓度下分别提高了 12 .12 %、17.75 %、0 .3%。在提高CO2 浓度的情况下 。
In this paper,studies on the effects of different CO\-2 concentrations on crop's physiology of pumpkin in winter in energy saving sunight greenhouse which was built in cold area,located at high latitudes.The results show that,growing under high CO\-2 concentration its plant Sur.starch content increase,which accelerate the accumulation of carbohydrate.The photosynthetic rate under 2 000 μL/L CO\-2 concentration is 62.22% faster than CK,while 1 000 μL/L is 54.12% and 3000 μL/L is 38.21%.Enhancing CO\-2 concentration relieve pumpkin's Midday photosynthetic depression.What's more,Peroxidase activity enhanced under the higher CO\-2 concentrations.Comparing the other treatment,2 000 μL/L one has a more belt in pumpkin pedigree and its peroxidase activity is the biggest.Under 2 000 μL/L,1 000 μL/L,3 000 μL/L CO\-2 concentrations,the chl.content and total N content decrease correspondingly.\;
