摘要
添加活性炭 ( AC)、抗坏血酸 ( Vc)于红豆杉细胞培养基中 ,发现 0 .0 8%的 AC、高浓度的 Vc对红豆杉细胞生长有促进作用 ,其过氧化物酶活性强 ,鲜重比大 ,而多酚氧化酶活性弱 ,褐变强度小 ,褐变等级低 .
The effects of two kinds chemical agent on the growth of cell in vitro cultrue in taxus chinensis have been studied. the result showed that activated carbon(0.08%) and higher concentration vitamin C can promote the growth of cell culture effectively.
