本文通过对图书馆员素质现状的分析以及对 2 1世纪馆员素质目标的探讨 ,提出继续教育是提高馆员素质的一条重要途径。
This paper provides that continuing education be an important method to improve library workers' diathesis through analyzing library worker' diathesis condition and searching the diathesis destination of the 21th century library workers.
