对 2 1世纪学术期刊青年编辑的素质提出了一些看法 ,指出在科技高速发展的未来社会 ,要编辑出版高质量的学术期刊 ,青年编辑除具备编辑的一般素质要求外 ,必须具备 :高学位 ,双学历 ;懂微机 ,会排版 ;勤写作 。

Some views on the diatheses of youth editors of academic periodicals in the 21th century are proposed.It is pointed out that besides the ordinary diatheses,to edit a academic periodicals of high quality,youth editors must have high academic degree and double record of formal schooling,have an intimate knowledge of PC and can compose articles on computers,be diligent in writing and good at social intercourse.
