摘要
采用机械合金化方法制备了Fe50Cu50亚稳合金粉末,压制成片状后分别在250℃、600℃进行了热处理,对热处理后的样品进行了低温电阻测量。结果表明,样品的电阻表现为负的温度系数,且经250℃热处理的Fe50Cu50样品表现出比600℃热处理的样品更大的负温度系数.
Meta - stable solid solution of Fe50Cu50 was prepared by mechanical alloying of Fe and Cu powder blend. Heat treatment of the sample was performed at 250℃ and 600℃ respectively. The measuring results of resistance of the samples gave negative temperature coefficient. The resistance of Fe50Cu50 solid solutions annealed at 250℃ gave larger negative temperature coefficient than that at 600℃.
