摘要
木文通过SEM、XRD等手段研究了在氩气和空气下机械合金化SiTi3,结果表明,在氩气保护下,先形成SiTi3非晶,进一步球磨晶化成具有新结构的SiTi3;在空气氛围下,不经过完全非晶化过程而直接形成新结构的SiTi3.在这两种不同的反应方式中,氧气起了十分重要的作用.
Mechanical alloying SiTi3 under Ar and air were investigated by means of SEM and XRD. The results revealed that amorphous SiTi3 was first obtained which crystallized into SiTi3 of new phase upon further milling with Ar protection; Under air SiTi3 crystalline of new phase was directly obtained and no complete amorphization was observed. Oxygen played an important role in the different reaction pathways..
