红豆杉及其产物紫杉醇研究概况

红豆杉属（Ｔａｘｕｓ Ｌ）作为珍贵的药用植物资源，应进行合理开发、重点保护、大量繁育。人类的迫切需求使红豆杉及紫杉醇成为人们的研究热点，随着研究的深入，取得了很多成果。根据国内外研究报道介绍了获取抗癌药物紫杉醇的几种途径：红豆杉的人工种植途径，植物组织培养途径，生物合成途径，化学合成及微生物生产途径，认为组织培养是缓解需求的重要方法，生物、化学合成将是根本解决药源的最终途径，相信通过重点研究，紫杉醇高技术、产业化生产会很快实现。
