摘要
研究了无籽西瓜在无菌条件下萌发的各种条件,得出:种子消毒污染率最低方法为250PPM的二氧化氯与0.15％升汞联合消毒,而以250PPM二氧化氯与2％次氯酸钠联合消毒方法种子的萌发率最高,无菌萌发的理想条件为无菌水加纱布。
It is reported several conditions of the germ-free germination of seedless watermelon in this paper. The result shows that the best germination occurs on the condition of the seeds in asertic water within white gauze and the best steriliation method is to use 250 ppm ClO2,and 2% NaClO.
