摘要
初步探讨了热处理工艺对金属化膜电容器性能的影响 ,并试制了一批试品 ,用以比较不同热处理温度对电容器性能及喷金与热处理工艺的先后次序对电容器性能的影响 ,给出了金属化膜电容器用于高场强领域的一些建议。
The properties of metalized pulse capacitors are subject to many production techniques. Preliminary discussion is made on the influences of heat treatment techniques on properties of metalized pulse capacitors. A batch of model capacitors is made to find the influences. The sequence between spraying and heat treatment is also discussed to find how they influence the properties of capacitors. Some suggestions are also given for the usage of metalized pulse capacitors in the field of high electric stress.
