摘要
通过理论分析和试验研究分析了电子束焊机用高压电源电子束流取样电阻干扰信号产生的原因 ,认为 :减小对地电容量和降低取样电阻值能降低干扰信号的幅值 ,高压变压器采用双屏蔽结构是消除干扰信号的有效措施。多台设备的运行证明了上述结论。
This paper describes the reason why the interference signal across the sampling resistor exists in the high voltage source for electronic beam welder (EBW). As static induce, the current flows through the sampling resistor, rectifying bridge and the capacitance between high voltage coil of transformer and the earth. According to the results of experiments and theory analysis, decreasing the capacitance to ground and the resistance of sampling resistor can reduce the interference signal level across the resistor and adopting the high voltage transformer with double shield coil will remove interfering signal. The machine’s operation shows the measure adopted in the paper can remove interference signal.
