摘要
阐述了新型高效复合硫剂的研制和在工业应用中的固硫效果 ,提出固硫率的提高不仅与钙硫比有 (Ca/S)关 ,且更要考虑固硫剂各组份的选择及其相互间的配比 ,从而在高温下起到明显的固硫效果。据此 ,投资建设洁净煤生产线 ,产品以密封车配送方式进入市场 ,同时 ,采用该固硫剂进行电站锅炉脱硫试验 ,以期为大型煤粉锅炉提供一种简单易行的实用脱硫技术。
Expounds the development of new-type high-effective compound of Capuring Sulfur and the Capuring Sulfur effect in the industrial use. Puts forward that the adding volume of the Capuring Sulfur Compound not only thinks over the MOL ratio of Calcium to sulfur, but also to choose the ratio of each compound part, thus to get high effect of Capuring Sulfur under high-temperature condition. According to these, we invested to built the clean coal center of rationing and carrying. By the way of using sealed vehicles to ration and carry the product enter the market. At the same time, we adopt this Compound to do experiment capurting sulfur of the Power Station of the Jiangxi Fenyi. We expect to afford a kind of simple and easy-using practical technology for the big Power Station's boiler capuring Sulfur.
