摘要
超声波电机是当前处于学科前沿的一种新原理微特电机 ,它打破了迄今为止由电磁作用获得转矩的电磁型电机的概念 ,具有广阔的应用前景。
Being a sort of new principle micromotor in the frontier of science, the ultrasonic motor is quite different from the electromagnetic motors, and its driving torque is not obtained from electromagnetic effect. The progress and applications of ultrasonic motor are presented in this paper.
