数字式薄形物质厚度传感器及其在蓄电池隔板厚度测量中的应用

Digital thickness sensor of thin matter and its application in battery separator

介绍了数字式薄形物质厚度传感器的基本结构和工作原理 ,对传感器的基本性能进行了理论分析。利用此仪表对蓄电池隔板厚度进行了在线连续测量 ,现场实际连续运行已达 1年之久 。

In this paper,the structure and principle of a digital mass thickness sensor were introduced,the basic performance of the sensor was analyzed.This sensor is used to measure the thickness of battery separator,the result shows that the performance of this sensor is very good.
