In recent years,the advent and development of yeast one\|hybrid、two\|hybrid and three\|hybrid system have became a powerful tool to analyze the interactions between proteins and between protein and DNA or even RNA.Here a brief elucidation of the development and potential application of the yeast hybrid system is presented.\;
