摘要
用光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜对不同成熟度的古尼虫草进行了组织学观察 ,结果表明 :古尼虫草子囊顶部有增厚的帽状结构 ,包裹子囊壳的菌丝致密而纤细 ,子座菌髓管状菌丝粗壮而疏松 ,形成很多的中空结构 ;古尼拟青霉分生孢子梗顶端膨大 ,形成分生孢子 。
Different developmental stages of Cordyceps gunnii was studied with light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy techniques. The top of ascus of Cordyceps gunnii had a thick cap structure.Mycelia on the surface of ascoma was dense and thin, while on the tranma was sparse and thick forming a number of big cavities.The top of conidiophore of the anamorph of Cordyceps gunnii swelled to construct conidium. Since the length of conidiophore kept the same size, so the conidium was holoblastic.
