摘要
液压传动的二次转速调节是八十年代兴起的新技术.本文系统地分析了它的调节原理和优缺点.根据作者在西德汉堡国防大学与力士乐公司合作所作的研究工作,介绍了二次转速调节各种方案,给出了带力反馈控制阀的纯液压二次转速调节系统简化模型及方块图,并对 A10VSO100DS 型二次调节液压装置及电子调节器 DN1G10的工作原理,方块图及部分动态响应实验曲线做了简略的分析.
Secondary control of hydraulic circuit is a new technology which developed in the 1980s.Its regulating principle,advantages and disadvantages are analysed in this paper,According to author's research work cooperating with the Mannesmann Rexroth Company in the University of Federal Armied Forces in Humburg,the every research plans of secondary control in this university is introduced.The simplified model and block diagram for pure hydraulic secondary control system with force-feedback control valve are build.Finally,the principle,block diagram and partial dynamic response characteristics for the A10VSO100DS secondary control hydraulic device and the DN1G10 electronic regulator are analysed simply.
