摘要 恒压主量泵被广泛地应用在农林机械、工程机械、飞机、船泊及自动控制系统等的液压机构中。恒压变量泵的动态特性对液压机构的影响很大,所以对恒压变量泵的动态特性进行深入的研究是非常重要的.计算机仿真是分析动态特性的手段之一.本文提出了一种新的仿真方法;即结构框图法,结构框图法仿真与传统的仿真方法不同,用该方法进行仿真时直接从结构方块图开始计算,不用推导传递函数,不用简化任何实际结构参数.固为仿真时所用的变参量可以是实际结构参数,所以对分析各结构参数变化对动态特性的影响是十分方便的.本文用该方法对 YB20—AH 型恒压变量泵进行了动态仿真与实验分析,给出了程序框图,实验记录曲线与仿真曲线非常吻合. The variahle axial piston pumps with constant pressure are widly used in engineering facilities,forestry facilities,airplans,ships as well as automatic control systems.Because the dynamic performence of the pumpogreatly infrence the characteristic of the hydraulic systems, it is very important to analyse the dynamic perfoemance of the pumps. One of the methods to analyse the dynamic performance of the pumps is the computer simulation In this paper,a new simuliting method,structure blockdiagram method,is developed.This method is diffrent from the conventional methods.It needn't to get a transfer fanction and to simplify ahy structure parameters.The simulating,parameters are the structure parameters.By means of this method,we can easily study some parame- ters which effect on the dynamic characteristic of the pump. A variable axial piston pump with constant pressure,type YB-20 AH,has been simulated be this method.The results of simulation has been conformed by experiment.
