加工立铣刀螺旋槽用成形铣刀廓形的计算机辅助设计

摘要 本文研究了加工立铣刀螺旋槽用成形铣刀廓形的设计问题.建立了成形铣刀廓形设计的数学模型,编制了计算与绘图程序.设计者只要输入立铣刀的槽形参数,计算机便可自动计算出成形铣刀廓形坐标并绘制出刀具廓形图. In this paper,the design problem of formed milling cutter profiles for machining spiral slot of end cutter is studied,By means of thorough math inferring,math model of formed milling cutter profiles designing is founded,The program of calculation and making graph is designed. So long as designers input slot section parameters of end cutter,the coordinate of formed milling cutter profiles is calculated automatically, and cutter profile graph is drawed by computers.
