摘要
采用前瞻性调查方法对 2 11例有人工流产史和 2 0 1例药物流产史的初孕妇女 ,随访再次妊娠及妊娠后结局 ,并进行比较。结果 :因流产造成继发不孕及妊娠期先兆流产、自然流产、前置胎盘发生率 ,以人工流产组明显高于药物流产组 ,分娩期并发症也以人流组明显高于药流组。认为初孕妇女药物流产对再次妊娠及妊娠后各期并发症的影响较人工流产少 ,比人工流产有较大的安全性 。
To investigae abortion women information after pregnant again,we compared 211 manual work abortion to 201 medicine abortion who have the first pregnant The results shoned that the secondary affection sterility rate,threatened abortion of pregnant period rate,naturalness abortion rate and repetitive placenta rate were higher in manual work abortion than that in medicine abortion It was considerable that medicine abortion complication was less than manual work abortion when first pregnant woman need to abort
