摘要 采用 PCR和 Hind 酶切技术以及酶联法定量测定系统性红斑狼疮患者红细胞 CR1 分子的数量 ,结果显示 ,SL E患者红细胞 CR1 分子高表达基因型较正常人明显下降 ,中低表达明显升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;SL E患者CR1 分子的数量表达均低于正常人平均水平 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,并且 CR1 分子数量表达变化与病情明显相关。认为SL E患者测定红细胞 CR1 To investigate The gene type and quantity of complement receptor 1(CR 1) of RBC in systemic lupus erythematosis(SLE)patients were inrestigated by PCRand HindⅢendonuclease techniques The result showed high expression gene type in SLE Patients’ RBC was lower than that of control But its moderate and low expression types were higher than that of control(P<0 05) Quantity of CR 1 molecule in SLE patients was lower than average level in normal person(P<0 001).We concluded detection of CR 1 molecule quantity and its gene type in SLE patients’ RBC were beneficial to clinical diagnosis and prognosis Key words SLE RBC complement receptor Gene type analysisade after follow-up.The result of final corrected visual acuity is ,12% of the cases≤0 1,24%,0.1~0.3;39%,0.3~0.8;25%≥0 8.Among all the cases,93% had the best correction with the glasses and 3% of the cases had no improvement or could not accept the presciption.Conclusion Factorial method,with its strong logical meaning,is a fast,concise,and accurate method to measure and prescribe the mixed astigmatism.It is even a better practical method when combined with coordienate method.
